Imam Abu Hanifa, Imam Shafi'i, and Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal are of the opinion that a father cannot be killed in Qisas in this scenario. On the other hand, Imam Malik believes that if a father kills his son by slaughtering him, then the father can also be killed in Qisas. But if the father killed the son with a sword, the father will not be killed in Qisas.
