If god is real why does he bless some people and deform others?

Like actually deformed people, people with mental disabilities, physical ones, short people and so on.

Did he hated them more than others which he has blessed with superb genetics.

Even if we’d take the argument: Everyone is perfect in their own way. How is someone disabled lr deformed perfect in any way? Neither society wise he’ll fit in nor will he fit into nature as if it wasn’t for society his death would be guaranteed.

Like every creator wants his creations to flourish and live I assume? Or if you have a product you want it to work so why produce failures in the first place. SOME PEOPLE COULDN’T EVEN SURVIVE WITHOUT THE HELP OF MODERN SOCIETY.

If God is real and this happens, then, God is either indifferent to suffering, or he is evil. I don't believe that him cursing people is meant to "test" them and make them go to tribulations to reach another spot in their life, since some things are just immutable and will never change, and will be that way till someone's death.
