If god saw us as stewards of the world , why does he punish vegeterians with weak skinny bodies and blesses meat eaters with height and muscle

Using the example of indians, If we are on this land as stewards of nature, why does God give those who are vegeterians low muscle, low potential overall skeletal muscle potential, small frames, health problems like diabetes from carbohydrates etc.

Whereas meat eaters have higher muscle mass and are taller. Those were once vegeterians and consume meat over generations become taller etc.

If God loved animals why would he make it detrimental to humans being vegeterians?

The laws of nature would dictate that the meat eaters would eventually dominate the vegeterians through physical strength.

It just seems that God has just rewarded cruelty throughout history tbh.

The most cruel countries are the most wealthiest and have the most attractive people.

The law of nature that god designed is survival of the fittest with the expense of others.
One's benefit is always someone else's loss.

Ofc both can benefit and often do but even then it's taking away from someone else. When a nation benefits, another one loses. It doesn't have to be this way but it has always been and probably will be.
Most of the world is poor when technology that can feed and accomodate everyone exists, this is proof enough of this for me.

I never ate meat, yet still I'm taller, bigger and higher iq than 99% of my meat eating friends. God works in mysterious ways, and as long as you eat high caloric nutrients dense foods it doesn't matter if it is veg or non veg. In Europe it is hard being a vegetarian and eat healthy. They don't have anything else than meat, fish and eggs. In india we have more than 100 pulses, fruits, wheat, rice and a lot more.

The bible and the Quran contradicts itself imagine believing in a religion made by man
