Back in the 1930s Germany could have taken power over Switzerland and Austria - maybe even peacefully. With the areas that belong to Poland and Russia today it would easily be twice as big today as it is now. Trying to conquer the rest of Europe was a stupid idea anyway because what do you do with territories inhabitated by other cultures that can not be assimilated (i.e. it would be unrealistic to take all of France and turn them into Germans culturally - so why conquer France in the first place? You are bound to lose it on the long term.).

The territorial gains were made with the threat of war and revenge how much further could they push until people in the inflated army will wonder why they are not fighting, the militarisation also had a large cost aswell that would have bankrupted Germany eventually. With a different ideology they also could have taken ownership over the free city of danzig and maybe the corridor aswell but I can't see any more expansion than this being possible without a major war.
