My dad is 5’8 and my mom is 5’7. I’m 6’ and change, my little brother is 5’10-5’11, and my older bro is 6’ but probably would’ve been a bit taller if he’d quit gymnastics earlier. Dude went from 4’11 as a freshman when he quit to 6’ as a senior

Height genes from my mom. Her dad is 6’2 I think

So it just comes down to which side of height the kid gets, mom or dads

  1. Eat as much unprocessed foods as possible such as fresh fruits, vegetables, whole grains, proteins, and dairy.
  2. Avoid eating foods that are high in sugar, trans fats, saturated fats, and sodium.
  3. Exercise regularly to strengthen bones and muscles, maintain a healthy weight, and reduce the risk of diseases such as osteoporosis and other issues that could arise from poor health, that could in turn affect growth and height.
  4. Pay attention to good posture. Aside from looking shorter due to poor posture, it can affect actual height in the long term if the back starts curving to accommodate a regular slouching posture.
  5. Sleep regularly. Human growth hormone, a factor that affects growth, is released while you sleep. A regularly poor sleeping schedule during adolescence can affect growth in the long term. How much a person should sleep is dependent on their age, with more sleep being recommended the younger the child is.

Ok
Lots of hunted meat and local produce and dairy from nearby farms
Hockey/soccer, he gonna be swimming as well also possibly martial arts
Take away phone at 8pm so he can be in bed at 9pm (wont get phone till 14)

Mom=3 inches above average, dad=1 below average. So we should be 2 above which would be 5’11. Then factor in nutritional differences bc my dad was raised poor af with a lot of siblings and it makes sense

Sugar leads to diabetes and acne
Sodium to heart attack and bloat
in fact proteins spike insulin more than sugar, and if you get acne from sugar I think you would be better off looking at your microbiome, not sugar

sodium brings calcium back into the cells and helps prevent angiogensis of cartilages and ossification of your growth plates

once again

sugar + sodium FOREVER!

They will probably grow taller than you. I feel like the mothers height is pretty important cause all my tall friends had tall moms while my dad married a 5'0 woman and made me a manlet.
