If I am mmtn - hmtn with 21 - 23% bodyfat, what I can be with lower body fat and frauding

someone else told to me that it is impossible to become mtn at 22% bodyfat because that is obese, so they said if someone was truly mtn at 22% then they can became cl or chad

Lets say u lower the body fat following a good protocol and having a mmtn to hmtn base and considering is you

You would prolly still be retarded

they're wrong, im like 20% bf so basically 22 and faceiq rated me a 6/10 which is like a hmtn or lhtn

well of course you are getting htn treatment if you are 6'5, i think if you had htn face and 6'5 you will be getting cl treatment

I think it’s possible, someone said it was possible I could get cl getting lean only, even if I can’t though I can softmaxx to hhtn easily since my eyebrows are bad and I haven’t done anything to them yet and I’m not on a healthy diet either so my health indicators will ascend aswell when I get on a proper diet, but even if I can’t get hhtn, I’m def not hardmaxxing mhtn is more than enough to just live your life

im sorry broski but they are wrong no you cant get to cl just by getting lean thats the dumbest thing i have ever heard whoever told you that is an iqlet who doesnt know what hes talking about. lemme see a front and side profile and ill help you out ascend

I don’t need help ascending I already know what to do tho, I still think I can get to cl, my harm is 8, misc is 6.25, ang is 5, dimo is 5.75. If I get leant my harm is 8, Ang goes to 7 atleast, dimo goes to 6.25, and I can soft max my misc to 6.5 = 6.8 overall

good ratios mirin. imo tho i think if you just get lean you will be hltn to htn but if you truly think that you will be cl then go for it. atlwast you will be a htn

Nah I don’t really think cl is achievable naturally, as I did the math up there i think 6.8 is the highest I go naturally hhtn, but that’s in best case, either way I’m 95% sure I can hit mhtn which is more than enough
