Even if they do, they'll check your popular social media accounts, like Instagram or Facebook. I doubt that recruiters at work or in college know about the existence of org

im pretty sure some higher level companies or institutions do background checks to make sure youre compatible with them, similar to how thirdworldcels have to go do interviews for visas or wtv

if you used the same email to make your account as the one you're using to apply, that's the only way they could even link you unless you dox yourself on this site frequently

IP is also a problem but if you're applying to a run of the mill company they aren't going to have access to your ISP logs
