I mostly do coconut water sometimes and like 3 to 4 bananas a day and then one or two grains of Himalayan salt to balance it out

i was debating just that. I dont think so but i just started researching the topic now. People say the ideal is 4:1 but there are studies that show hunther gatherers would eat 10k to 15k potassium in a day, and many indigenous groups nowadays have almost no sodium intake (around 100mg)
