How much does serum estrogen lower on average from 0.25mg 2x weekly ? Thanks

at 14 dont take anything bro. let puperty happen first maybe at 18 think about it
My puberty wont save me and its probably over soon anyway like doctors said 2 years or a 1.5 year left

1mg arimidex daily should lower estrogen by around 80% (in women, prescribed) so i dont think 0,25mg twice is gonna do much, additionaly it would be hard to get a 1mg tablet into 4 exact pieces

you shouldnt pin any androgens anyway without getting bloods done (keeping e2 etc. in control) cause u could really fuck with your growth if ur still 14

Bro but my goal is for my estrogen to be average or ever so slighrly below average to migitate side effects

Yeah true I am getting a blood test done next week however last year when i was 13 and a half my test was at 534 ng dl

kids who got 1mg arimidex daily (15,5 yo+-1,2 years) didnt get many sideeffects from it, but obv if u take exogenous testostereone its a different story so i think u should defo wait, u wont lose time with androgens u can still take them at 16 or smth and see changes

But I will be on arimidex?

Arimidex stops even in cartilage?

ai as in artificial intelligence

I’m not entirely sure, but androgens seem to contribute to faster growth plate fusion, and AI might be less effective when testosterone levels are high. There's only anecdotal evidence of the effect on growth plates as far as I know.
