If i didnt eat alot around the age of 13-15 (because i was fat) did that affect my bone mass on face?

i was so dumb by not eating, i was eating only like 500 calories and i was doing a lot of sports
At least you were not vegan like me through 8-15 years old and only ate like 700 calories a day with no calcium intake or essential vitamins so I didn't grow taller even when I have a tall parent & I didn't do any sport I sat in my computer all day

Depends on what you eat, couldve done nothing.
You can fix your current facial bonemass rn tho since youre 15, start eating raw carnivore, 10 hours sleep, constant bedtime, 1 hour of sunlight or more daily, 10-15k steps or more daily, super high competition sport

no nigga i'm telling you your life factors contribute to your future height

you have to eat a lot of real food and play some kind of sports where you run/sprint for hgh boost and get quality sleep (which btw i almost never got quality sleep when i was 14 and 15, i was always stressed the fuck out. now at 16 i'm fixing my sleep) get sunlight aswell. lol i didn't even get sunlight.

do calesthenics legit takes 10 mins of your time for a decent physique which girls will love even if you have a trash physique u can put on muscle and girls will compliment it
