i wouldnt care at all that i helped anyone
i only care about my family and close friends and would only donate to them if i became rich

I get that, just donating isn’t giving much as you can’t see the difference personally and just seems like you lost a lot of money you worked for, but doing it personally like helping out a person you know is struggling, treating your family to a holiday if they can’t afford it, seeing the happiness on someone’s face when you help them is what gives a dopamine spike imo. Also why I kept on doing tinder profile reviews, when I get an update a few weeks later knowing I made some kind of difference without expecting anything is truly what spending that money or time worth it

I think lots of the users here got bullied in youth or have some sort of trauma, so they don't have desire to help others due to not getting help their own way when they were young or blaming their looks or something. This is just my theory or guess.
