this is my last attempt in life rhinoplasty on way chin filler and i don't know what else i can get i'm tall 6'1 frame is terrible i wasnt even planning to give this last try but might as well try so yeah. low effort shit thread. i'll update you in 3 months if i made it. currently im like ltn-4.5-3.5 range i need to at least get to 6 i have hair and height halo ALREADY!! nose is big failo needs to be fixed. and idk what i'll do with the rest.

Post a rating first, also I doubt u can reach Htn with just a rhino and chin filler be realistic. Dont give up tho just take the necessary procedures to get there no matter what. Even if everything fails just LDAR

yeah same same i highly doubt if it'd be worth trying BUT my nose is huge failo since its asymetrical i'm just hoping hair/height halo will save my ass
