5mg IR peaks for like an hour max, I feel like a wizard when I pair it with nicotine too. Super focused and tweaked out then it wears off and I'm back to procrastinating. Might hop on tesofensine instead but it's super pricey.

Severe ADHD. Was only "diagnosed" this weekend but its been a recurring issue throughout my life. They wanted to try the lowest effective dose hence it being 5mg but it isn't enough to keep me going throughout the day.

It's defo worth it if you struggle with focusing. If you don't have an ADHD diagnosis you'll have to get one first.
