Melatonin is shit and so is trazadone. Don't get me started on when I spiral into psychosis late at night OMG
 
I would've fired up the PS5 and played Guilty Gear Strive but I got gym in the morning.

i take mk before bed and it makes me super drowsy
can't recommend tho cus it turned me into a BLOAT FISH :forcedsmile:

Lot of cardio
lot of stretching
hard plank exercice
bone broth in the evening
hot epsom salt bath in the evening (fuels you with magnesium) (at least 20 min in bath)
Eating foods like almonds, walnuts, bananas, dates, kefir
Reducing sugar intake (the sugar in dates isn't a problem)
not eating too much or too little
journaling when you go to bed
reading interesting books in your bed
vitamin d
apigenin, melatonin, l-theanine
getting sun in the day (vitamin d and fix your circadian rythmn)

I get a decent sleep now when I do all of this
I have a legit sleep disease, I have this insane lifestyle and this works, normies would be unable to to my lifestyle

bonus with this lifestyle: it makes you lean
 
nothing helped me slightly magnesium bisglycinate but nothing special
 
Become NEET and employ a 25 hour sleep cycle.
