well i actually noticed sugar doesn’t actually cause me much/any bloating, it seems to be only carb sources that contain starch. which is also good as sugar is fast digesting for workout .deos it matter? you go to workout, and it will help you. eating sugar before and foods that bloat you before going out with people or something like that, not the best idea if you want to stay debloated
