I remember having those days where I cope by saying 'oh this is just gonna be for 3 days this week and I'll be fine' and then i ended up spiraling for the whole month. Don't trick urself bro. Once or twice a month and that's it.
Also u should go to sleep before 12 am because HGH is most active at midnight and it boosts metabolism

I walk bc it's pretty simple and it's free sunlight. U also might be able to socialize if u meet someone but that's rare haha. Just don't walk for too long or else u'll get burned out. I'd say 30 minutes to 1 hour is good. But if you can go for more and still not be burnt out go for it my g. I like walking personally but if u like running or sprinting u can do it
For fasting I do it because I'm an Orthodox Christian and yk it's apart of the faith. Also because it can increase HGH by up to 5000% if u do it for about 5 or 6 hours. Just don't do it for too long or else you'll eat like a nomad once you stop fasting. But like I said previously, if u can go for more go do so.
