I will give Giant the props for the implants though that were paired with the procedure. He went from narrow skulled FWHR-cel to normal.

Yes quite a bad result, although it's possible they just simply moved the eyes too far apart. But it still questions the authenticity of this so-called "improved OBO".

Interestingly he got Tripod as well but his PFL looks even worse.
