Literally just look up "US male height growth chart", it shows you that I'm not lying. Why do you think there aren't 50 threads of teens that joined in 2019 saying their heightmaxxing worked. Heightmaxxing only works for a legit late bloomer or if young enough and do it properly. It's a struggle to even get aromasin online that isn't bunk - maybe that's why I've seen users state they failed despite having open growth plates.

I’m hopeful. I may get to 5’9-5’10 id I’m fortunate enough, train hard to gain a good physique, and grow facial hair when I’m older. I’m okay with not being a slayer, a couple good LTR with high quality girls is good enough
