If I had 100k, would LL or trimax+jaw angle implants help me more?

My height is 174cm but here in Czechia average is 181 so I'm below. Limb lengthening would get me possibly to 186 cm. But my lower third is bad and I'm ltn, which one of those would help me more?

You probably read it wrong xdd average is 181 and I'm 174, it could get me to 184-186

take MSN to retain morning height and really focus on good posture + frauding
