If I had money, I would be investing in building community nursing homes

With the way society is heading, we will be seeing an incredible surge in nursing home patients—considering the amount of millennial and gen z men and women who are going to inevitably end up as perma-single.

They are going to need to be taken care of in their elderly years—which will be a lot sooner than previous generations when factoring in the ever growing chronic diseases (Alzheimer’s, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, etc) & cancers in younger people. Those who start investing early are going to be raking in cash.

The future is bleak.
