Different strategies work for different levels of wealth. Less wealth, it's easier to make more money in more volatile assets which have a smaller market cap.

More money, and you can't do that because your buying and selling would significantly move the price.

Once you have enough money, it's better to buy and hold an index fund. Or invest in building a brand to sell.
