You could if it impacts your breathing and airway enough. But orthodontists will almost never give it to you unless you have an extremely severe underbite. Try going to a stomatologist

I talked to about 2 dentists that I knew from a camp, both told me that they're barely teached about airways and the impact of orthodontics on it, it's extremely surface level. So the best bet is going to an airway focused orthodontist, an average orthodontist won't do anything for you yk
