If I have an Impacted Wisdom Tooth, Should I get it Extracted?

I know most say not to get Extraction's and stuff, but if it's impacted and can indeed cause Bone loss in the Jaw, why not get it extracted before it causes cyst's?
I cant get Expansion because my Maxilla is already Broad enough (and my FWHR is 2.3).
What should I do in this Scenario?
