If I just watch gore/murder videos on repeat, would that alter the brain?

Even knowing the blackpill, it didn't alter the way I view the world enough. A part of me is still that odd pie in the sky fairytale empathetic bluepilled cuck, you know, the kind that infests Reddit and most other social media like some untreated cancer. So would watching gore/murder/just general death videos help alter the brain enough that I just at least lessen that part of me, or do I need to do something else mentally? It's probably over thought, I just hit 23 and the brain is most likely not going to be changed enough even with blasting this shit with me being so close to 25.
