but Japan is quite short, and its quality of living hasn't improved as much relatively as Korea and China in the past 30 years, so you can't expect that kind of generational height gap.

but average is still under 172 so. May be frauding? higher % of ppl heightfraud east asia than the west. But tbh, it's probably just cognitive bias, you're more likely to remember being mogged so the tall people stand out.

I can say that no one in this thread has a 60+ bideltoid. Anything past 23 inches is incredibly rare unless you are super fat. 18 is not the best but you can easily be way above average if you go to the gym. To put this in perspective Loox has a 22 inch bideltoid non pumped.

OP the chart displayed was for the military average of the US. This image has been thrown around this forum for years. It’s a bit sketch as it doesn’t account for height but regardless this chart is based off of people who practically live in the gym. So untrained you are not impressive but if you trained you could easily be above average.
