62.7 mm with a 0.44 ES ratio is not that bad, having a bad ES ratio because of wide skull is not as bad as having a bad ES ratio because of low IPD. You're ok.

My midface area is giga subhuman tho, it’s very long (probably because I’m very tall), my maxila is recessed meaning I have no zygos and a long ass nose, I’m beyond saving at this point

His Pfl is like 25 mm at best, if you're ugly, the reason you're ugly is not your ratios or your PFL. You can probably ascend easily.

bro like long midface is sooo brutal number 1 cause of trueceldom
if i was not long faced id be able to go up alot with surgery but that will always keep me back 1 psl

I think you ideally want a 0.45-0.47 ES ratio, mine is 0.44 but people always comment on my subhuman ipd when they rate me
