I would have men’s physique tier body ngl proportions are pretty and I’m very happy for my physique god gave me tbh but scolisis :(
But scoliosis fucks it in ass
Despite 15 degree scoliosis still looks good but not to full potential

go to a physiotherapist. they will recommend appropriate exercises for your problem
