you want my stack fine ts super niche though aight

1. im not currently on anything so if your money starved its alg

2. you walk in there and dont look like a fag dont say hi to anyone

3. if your going after school go to the bathroom change dont work out in your school uniform its weird ash

4. if its not taken hit 8-12 of pec deck at whatever weight you can do that at seeming your 72kg probably about 20kg for 8-12

5. if pec deck is taken go to omni-lat/row depends if your gym has a mixed machine anyway you want to do more reps on each so about 12-20 on the omni lat pull down same as last time but youll prob be at 30kg for the lat pull and then for the row youll prob be at 35

6. you want a seated upper chest press so you work your lower chest and also your traps your traps will be cooked if you dont have a wide frame if you dont avoid that dont want to be a trap demon and go to the forward chest press depending on your gym it will either be levelled or just 1 if its levelled the corollate to the 3 pec levels middle upper lower work lower mostly if you have man tittys you big boy

7. weighted leg presses about like 60-80kg for you then squats probably about 60kg in weights I dont count bar thatll work your upper lower and ass

PS omni-row also helps for your back and biceps so your welcome

8. do some form of at home workout on your rest days like chest or calisthenics this will maximise your gym outcome

PS.2 bring charged headphones a waterbottle and a spare charger / portable charger
