yeah bro your hair follicles go back into your skin
When you stop applying minoxidil, your hair follicles will revert to their natural cycle. This means the hairs that were stimulated to grow will eventually enter the telogen (resting/shedding) phase and fall out, and the new hairs that grow in their place will follow your natural growth pattern, which may result in a return to your original eyebrow density.

so i have to use them forever

is putting minoxidil 1 time a day on eyebrows good then?

twice daily then once daily then every other day.
Only after you get results you want

They would go back to what they used to be in couple months maybe. Your hair tends to always fall out and be replaced with a new one, so at some point all of your minoxidil hair is gonna be replaced with your normal hair.
