I think it's not sleep apnea. What's your room temperature? During summer, mine stays at 30ºC (no AC because it's too expensive). I still sleep with winter clothing.

yes it's only 24 but it feels very hot and humid in my room my skin always gets sticky during the day

How can you feel hot with 24ºC? For me, 24 is already cold. With 29/31ºC with +60% humidity, I still sleep with long-sleeved thick shirt and pants.
