I was originally going to get a nose job but i have recently realised it might not be my biggest flaw as one guy told me to bimax (lefort 1 + bsso) and if i got to chose one id rather get rid of my biggest flaw then some thing thats not as major if you have any suggestions PM or reply and all PM you pics.

If you’re getting bimax you might as well just get a rhino too tbh
