I have a deviated septum,what should i get

Is the only option septoplasty?What can i fraud my way into that will be better for facial aesthetics?
And because im 16 my pussy doctor doesnt really want me to have a septoplasty so what should i tell him so he actually has to get me surgery.Also my nose is like my biggest failo so i want to get rhino with that aswell but just dont know what im gonna tell him.

I cant breathe through my nose when sleeping rn so i need to get that shit fixed and fix that deviated septum

He may be saying the symmetry and the entirety of your forward growth is bad enough that you can’t breathe and it isn’t just your nose, meaning if you larp sleep apnea to your doctor you could get a lefort one haha

Well maybe your somewhat projected and it might just be genetically your nose, but often cases it means your maxilla is have small and not very well developed
