I would turn my city into that world in the Lorax as quickly as possible
All natural plants replaced with plastic artificial stuff
Walls, fences, signs, lights and cameras everywhere
Every property bought turned into plain basic geometric shapes
Every property will be bought public or private and covered in LGBT flags and will be either cheap and low quality or too expensive and decent quality and everything will be regulated
Vegan shops will be everywhere
Measures that will encourage working and living and commuting and learning in isolation will be put in place
