i have a 70% masculine 30% feminine face with wide set clavicles

should i just go to a low bf% and gain a little muscle, or what?

if you can drop some pics of people with the ideal body for me drop it

this gook is my inspo rn since we have similar body and muscle proportions

nigga just have a skinny body with a little bit of muscle. that is the natural body. you have the height (depends on where u live) and a slim body should look fine.

nigga just have a skinny body with a little bit of muscle. that is the natural body. you have the height (depends on where u live) and a slim body should look fine.
my dad wants me to do calisthenics but its gonna ruin my newbie gains,

should i cut first before gaining that little bit of muscle

"newbie gains" why are u focusing on any? try to be skinny. bitches love tall skinny guys esp with large shoulders. just workout a times a few times a week don't put much effort. no reason to ogre and stress your body out for no reason brah. u can make a small workout routine if u want but really no reason to do allat.

but yeah low body fat should be your goal def get protein in from actual good sources (meat, organs and some dairy) so u dont look anorexic or nun

because i have 0 muscle mass so i want some ab muscle and shoulder muscle not much but yea

bros inspo is rape victem tier, just go for standard lean look, it will happen anyway since muscle at 6'2 isn't easy to build
