I also have one side of mid face more grown than the other. Does this mean I have to be very conservative with movements and expect underwhelming results?
If I’m getting bimax to mainly fix severe assymtry( chin 10mm to left, crooked maxilla cant), how limited am I in my overall surgery optimization?
