Always said looks are relative.
To have the top tier appeal in a given area you need two things :
- a psl above 5 at least
- the top tier phenotype in a loose meaning which includes grooming, style, behaviour, in a given area. And it’s pretty easy to determine which pheno it is for said area.

Looks are also relative time wise. Few decades in the same place, the standards were probably different.

The phenotype is largely influenced by soft power, which impact for like most of the reason of why somebody is appealing or not.

But when you reach 6.5+ psl, no matter your phenotype, you will always have some sort of decent appeal everywhere. That’s why beauty is objective in a sense : It gives you a security net to never be incel.

But to benefit from halo effect you need both psl and phenotype.

From my experience the most versatile race regarding looks thus the least objective are white girls, and its mainly because they get exposed to so much opposite and intense soft power since they were kids.

Beauty is objective to a certain degree, there is some kind of baseline for what we find attractive.
Ex. Youthful, clear skin will always be preferred over leathery, acne ridden skin regardless of culture or background.
That said I wouldn’t say there’s a face that would appeal to everyone equally.
