I'm curious in Italy can people look extremely pale if randomly? I see some vids usually and there's often weird recessive genes with people in Rome and they often have extremely pale coloring (really pinkish skintone, hazel-blue eyes, brown to blonde) I don't know how those happen especially since everyone is like darker and brunette

It depends by individual case but yeah, you can find not few pale people or people with a pheno similar to what you described, or even people closer to the nordic pheno. Talking about the centre and south of italy.

Europeans have pale skin, and they also have the highest SMV in the world=pale skin mogs. No doubt European females on average prefer a European man with darker pigmentation than herself because this is a natural dimorphic difference between the sexes. But it doesn't make a big difference. To say that women overwhelmingly prefer darker features is simply not true. Also plenty of Southern European women actually prefer the lighter features of Northern Europeans, and of course vice versa.
