Why do I crave bread, brownies, cookies, chocolate, milkshakes etc if red meat is what my body really wants? If seed oils are so toxic why does the food they’re made with taste so good?

Liver and kidneys taste like shit. Steak and most red meat only tastes good with sauce and other sides.
