If my bf% is 20-25, can I maintain calories and build muscle while losing fat?

To build muscle and lose fat at the same time is a very slow process and usually cannot work unless you are relatively new to gym or are taking PEDs. Otherwise best thing to do while cutting is just preserve as much muscle mass as possible

What should be the upper limit of my calorie deficit to not lose muscle mass?

Are u new to the gym? How in check is ur nutrition, training, and sleep quality? I’d recommend 0.5-1 pound a week lost so like subtract 400 from ur maintenance. Take it slow, do everything right, get ur protein in and be patient so you can minimize amount of muscle loss. If you’re new to gym you can probably put on a little muscle while cutting too

Only took it seriously for like 2 months and I did add a good amount of muscle cuz I went on a dirty bulk. But also got so fat cuz of it and now I lost like half of the weight I added but I realized the weight I lost included some muscle mass since my strength did go down by like 25%

yah bro cut to like 14% bf relatively slow, you still will get noobie gains so chances are u can put on some muscle while cutting if you do it all right. When ur done cutting go on a slow bulk and stop at around 20%

Don’t bulk just cut and build muscle. I gained a great amount of muscle while cutting by 400 cal. Depends partly on genetics but newbie gains should outweigh the deficit.

Taking steroids is literally so low iq you’re destroying your body long term for temporary gains. If you got decent genetics all you need is to lift, be lean, and eat a good amount of protein. Your physique should fill out from that no need to get body builder levels when woman don’t even like that.

Are you aware of wimp genetics ? Some people take so much fucking time losing weight and gaining muscle why not throw some shit in there to make it easier and quicker ? And if smart you can choose the right compounds right ancilliaries right period of time and shit and take advantage of it without getting acne norwooding..

No they're not, except Yk-11 wich is a steroidal Sarm due to it's molecular structure but whatever. Ostarine for example burns some fat and build some muscle with really fucking no side effects or really small ones you just have to use nac or tufca to keep your liver healthy
