My skull shape and lower third are my worst facial features, is there even any point in jaw advancement surgeries/genio if I still have a trucel skull shape and shit FWHR at the end of the day?

I have a small skull and it still looks narrow, I also have a child lower third, it's a pretty big failo for me seeing as my ONLY redeemable facial quality is probably my eye area.

1.8-2.0 but harmony is more important and can make up for it being outside this range
