during puberty (developmental years) i didnt have a good diet because i just smoked and drank all day

my genetics themselves are good, my family is for the most part full of very well developed people especially on my father's side

will the fact that i didnt get the best nutrition during my developmental years affect my children? might be a dumb question but atleast i care

yeah ive been eating clean strictly for my offspring, i dont really know how the whole thing works but im trying my best, i want my kid to become the greatest, never have to worry about his or her looks a day in their life
