If my life doesn’t improve within a year or 2 I think I’ll go to therapy

I’ll finish school and stuff just to make my parents happy but I don’t like it where I’m located nothing has made me happy I’ve never had genuine joy I don’t laugh at anything anytime I “show it” it isn’t real I just fake laugh
