ik your joking but theraputic dose meth (5-15mg) would work better than adderall (from potency and seratonin modulation) and be way cheaper thats another option but make sure to have a mg scale and stick to desoyxn dosages orally if you want to prevent neurotoxicity and addiction

probably from the levoamphetamine, try switching to vyvanse or dexedrine both only contain dextroamphetamine which has stronger dopamine effects and less norepinephrine release and adrenergic side effects

you could also take a betablocker like nebivolol or propranolol, also helps with the BP spike and lowers your heartrate so its good for long term health on stims
