Obama's one of the biggest war criminals and international terrorists in history. He's a man who expanded the illegal wars from 2 to 7, dropped over 100,000 bombs, drone striked thousands of innocent civilians including kids, bombed children's hospitals, helped create and funded ISIS, destroyed the most prosperous country in Africa (Libya) turning into an open air slave market, etc. But despite all of Obama's crimes against humanity he remains extremely popular and celebrated by the masses because he was the first Black President and people are afraid of calling him out out of fear of being called racist.

Obama's pretty good looking and has a nice smile which also plays a significant factor in him being so popular. If Obama was ugly he would also be hated but he likely would have never made it anywhere in the first place to be hated.
