each user needs to be alotted only 1 rep pr day.Consider it a golden rep that you use when you see a post or thread that you REALLY really resonate with and like

its not about whether or not having many reps means something, its about whether or not you feel something when people rep your post. And obviously we feel nothing when we receive reps because its become customary to rep every single post ever made

but we do rep every post out of common courtesy, it would be rude not to.. and its also alot of work feeling obligated to rep everything

would be so sweet to just have a handful of reps pr day to give out, then youd be forced to consider what posts you rep and which ones you dont

reps dont really mean "reputation" anymore, just like how respecting someone doesnt mean you have to "respect" someone actually, you just have to be cordial
