Side sleeping doesnt lead to asymmetry.

Nowadays, kids sit in school & people work all day. All that cortisol and chronic bad posture builds up day after day. The spine gets fucked and everything has to compensate for the poor posture.

naturally grew up sleeping on my back and I find sleeping on my side very uncomfortable so i never had to worry about this, this isn't as big of a deal as people make it out to be though.

So what causes the asymmetry then?

Poor posture starting from the feet all the way up. Most people are right side dominant depending on which hand they right with or which side of the body they prefer to use.

If you stay active for the entire day & do stretches, you will become symmetrical. Unless you have a born facial deformity which is unfixable without surgery.

Mine Asymmetry is so bad. My whole right side of my face looks melted because i slept on my side since i was a kid. Uneven cheekbones, diffrent ramus lenghts, even gonial angles, my right eye has a negative canthal tilt and my right eyebrow too. I don't know waht to do.
