Wouldn't throw it in stocks because even a 5% drop can make a million dollar pay day null. So park like 4.5 mill in Treasury Bills or ultra-short government yields and rest in high risk bets like semi conductors, crypto etc

Yes standard index funding won't work. You need concentrated derivatives like options or futures for that kind of returns but they come with extreme risk and volatility but my question is how will you balance it with the constraints do you have faith in your guts and have the financial acumen to pull it off or no
