entirely depends on their side profile its very nuanced, a rhino is significantly cheaper and less risky and will make the appearance of the side profile look better as it gives an illusion of proper development but it can also be botched. In general situations a bimax is always a good thing if you can afford it.

I think many people here are forgetting the distinction between the Upper maxilla and the Lower (dental-alveolar) Maxilla.

The Segment of the Maxilla addressed in a Lefort I Osteotomy is the Segment which holds the teeth, Advancing it will have some Nasal Base Projection, But it wouldnt really affect the Midface as much as Lefort II or Lefort III osteotomy's would. If your goal was truly to fix Dorsal Hump, then Lef II would affect the Dorsa (aswell as radix, Infra's, ect) much more than Bimaxx; But u have to ask the question, why get such an invasive procedure if Rhino can directly fix it?

I personally suggest to get Rhinoplasty, If u want Bimaxx then go for it, but dont depend on it having much effect in regards to your nose.
