The chance of being born in a developing country is wild, I got insanely lucky that my parents were wealthy enough to migrate to a developed one so I didn't grow up a developing nation. Besides, without being able to remember anything that you've learned before the re-roll makes it useless, you'll be bumbling through life like before. So the chances of coming out even worse than you're now ends up being too great to gamble.
