All you need to do is do a complete orbit implant with a frontal bone/ aka brow ridge implant. This really doesn't seem like that hard of a surgery. It may take a while to figure out how to create a O'Pry/Gandy orbit mold; though once you've got it, it seems you could give anyone this surgery

Eye procedures are the most dangerous and there is high risk of perfoming such.

Manipulation around your eye area means re-positioning orbital floor, cheekbones, eye tendon attachments, supraorbital.. etc
